Introducing our new Chef - Jerry Poland

Jerry is a native of Valentine. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, New York, he worked at famed 4 - star restaurants. The "Disneyland Hotel" and Mr. STOX in California, the Prescott Mining Co in Arizona and Misty's in Lincoln, Nebraska. He has cooked for many celebrities; Bob Hope, Michael and Janet Jackson, Pete Rose, Mickey Mantle, Raquel Welch, Howie Mandel, Olivia Newton-John, Meryl Streep, Mahammed Ali being a few.

We have also created a new and out of the ordinary menu for you to try. But Jerry also notes that if you have dietary restrictions, are allergic to certain foods, or an old favorite menu item is missing, he will do his best to accommodate you.
